Henry Munoz was raised in the Los Angeles County area known as the South Bay.He grew up in Lomita,California. Served 6 years in the United States Army and also California National Guard as a Medic.Henry attended the Academy of Health Sciences at Ft Sam Houston Texas.

Henry started his mortgage and lending career  in 1997 as Loan Officer/Mortgage Banker and was originating real estate loans under The California Finance Lender License Law.In  2015,primarly licensing was under the California Department of Real Estate salesperson license in 2015 and then to a Broker License in 2019.

In order to be a Licensed Broker by the California Department of Real Estate you must take a very difficult exam administered by the Department of Real Estate.In addition, you must pass a California Department of Justice and Federal Bureau of Investigation background. All broker license applicants must complete the following statutory required college level courses prior to the exam.

The National Mortgage License requires pre education coursework and passing 
the National Mortgage Licensing Exam.
The Safe Act requirements for the pre licensing and exam require the following
* 3 hours of Federal Law
* 3 hours of ethics
* 2 hours of non traditional lending
* 12 hours of undefined electives plus another 4 hours of state -specific mortgage lending law..
Annual mandatory education is required for each licensing authority and state that a license is maintained

Henry also has a Diploma in Paralegal Studies and is registered and bonded with the County of Los Angeles as  Legal Document Assistant.

The Diploma in Paralegal Studies offers another layer of expertise when there are issues regarding trusts,probate,foreclosure,title issues,divorce ,partnersip buyouts ,bankruptcy among many others issues that affect property.
